    Great mic!

    Great mic. There's a definite "vocal presence" in this mic over our current e835 mics. This mic will be a great addition to our inventory! Keep up the great work Sennheiser!

    My ‘go to’ dynamic vocal mic

    Best cardioid of the Evolution dynamic series and mixes well with e906 etc

    PRO:

    Excellent on a wide range of voices, great rejection, very solidly built

    CON:

    The mic stand clip makes me ever-so-slightly nervous

    BEST USES:

    Stage, live recording. Can also be good for VO in treated rooms.

    BOTTOM LINE:

    I would recommend this to a friend.
