This advanced service is for new system purchases greater than 16 channels. Sennheiser will perform a review of intended venue blueprints, system design, component list, frequency coordinate the system for a fixed location, and provide factory setup and testing before shipping.

RF System Design and Frequency coordination

Large system design assistance that includes an on-site spectrum sweep, complete analysis, and a comprehensive written report. Based on this report Sennheiser will design the system, provide component list, frequency coordinate the system for a fixed location, and provide factory setup and testing of the new system before shipping.

Exclusive wireless services and support

For multi-venue campuses, properties, or major tours. Sennheiser will provide complete and continuing design assistance, annual on-site frequency sweep, new purchase coordination, annual wireless system maintenance, and free on-site service and repair for critical issues. A critical issue means that the system is down, production cannot be conducted, or the customer is experiencing continual failures as a result of the issue.
